Refund and Returns Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Cosmetic products can only be returned if all seals and packaging remain unbroken. Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods (food), sale items, and gift cards. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to the original payment method within a specific timeframe. If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued upon the return of the item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
